1. Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies to the following products:
Day Optics Products (White-Light Sights): Covered by a Lifelong Warranty. The warranty is transferable to a new owner and does not require proof of purchase.
Digital Night Vision and Thermal Products (Electronic Optical Sights): Covered by a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is transferable, but a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
2. Warranty Coverage
Within the warranty period, if the product fails due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide free repair or replacement services. The warranty covers, but is not limited to:
Non-user-induced damage to lenses and optical components
Electronic components and sensor failures under normal use
Structural defects or manufacturing workmanship issues
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, impact, or water immersion
Damage resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, paint wear, etc.)
Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods)
4. Warranty Service Request

For digital night vision and thermal products: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
For day optics products: No proof of purchase is required; the warranty is transferable without restrictions
Detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if applicable
Purchaser’s (or new owner’s) contact information
5. Liability Disclaimer
The warranty for day optics products is transferable and does not require a proof of purchase.
The warranty for digital night vision and thermal products is transferable, but requires the original proof of purchase.
We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from product failure.
